i signed up wth xln to save money it has caused me nothing but grief and cost me over £300 in mobile phone bills. from the start i was supplied with a faulty line and router noone could hear me nor did we have broadband . it cost me over £200 holding to their technical support team from my mobile and £100s in call diversion charges to my mobile phone. when i was finally given a new router i was offered £10 in compensation and charged a late payment fee on top as i refused to pay. now having not used the phone line my bills are still over £55 per month double the advertised rate all because of wierd insurances and charges .. now i ried to cancel and i have been immediately cut off .... i am a small flower business ! ruined
