I asked xln to transfer my broadband from one telephone line to another, Instead they ceased my phone line and broadband connection. I was told that this is because of a 'system error'. I wouldn't trust this company anymore and hence asked them to cancel my contract. They were quick enough to send me a note about premature cancellation with a charge of £299.
If you want to be ripped off, waste your time trying to talk to the customer service and want to get third class service, then xln is for you.
