The first month of service was accurate but limited. The second month I was cheated on the number of megabytes. I contacted them several times, but the problem was not resolved until after the month of service had expired. Even then I had to call and demand they give me a credit. The third month my service keeps disconnecting and going from EVDO to CDMA 1X which is virtually no speed.
When I contact support, there are so many voices in the background that I can barely hear the person I am speaking with. Support contacts all have heavy accents that are difficult for me to understand.
I would never recommend Virgin Mobile Broadband To Go to anyone. This is the worst service ever!
