I called Virgin to cancel my broadband and phone with them, because they are too expensive for me. The guy I spoke to just carried on trying to make me stay with them over and over again. He offered better deals, paying about half what i had paid earlier. This carried on and on. He also said he could not cancel the account because his computer was rebooting. He also said there was no way we could keep our old phone number, and so on.
All this carried out for about half an hour and i got more and more exhausted. And frustrated. He actually abused me. A terrible experience.
