If your thinking about joining virgin media, DONT! I should have gone with SKY or used now tv because this virgin box has NOTHING IN THE VASIC package that you can get on a normal TV! Your just paying for the previkage of pausing live TV!!!!
EVERYTHING else is added on top! Even old movies that you've seen loads of times you have to pay for!

The box is slow on catch up TV. The broadband is intermittent. Fibre optic? More like fibre rubbish!
Then they send you bills adding in items you agreed for free!!
Although the person I spoke to was pleasant, the service as a whole is dire. I'm going to cancel as soon as I possibly can!
