I don't usually complain about things but I have been putting up with this for a year now. I have spent at least £40 calling them through the year. We had no internet for the first two months and after that it was only during off peak times that you could really use it.
I bought a nine month contract and the hub only to find I actually rented the hub at an extortionate rate and that you have to cancel the contract. So if I don't send back the hub I will be charged £80
on top of the £40 of phone bills and extra three months of internet bills.
I will NEVER give them money again.
