From the moment I signed up Virgin have been dire. I have been told numerous conflicting stories by engineers, "help" desk staff and managers in the UK and India, I've spent hours on the phone to them, I've argued with them, cajoled them, pleaded with them, been lied to, been run round the houses, been promised callbacks which don't come... and I have been a customer for about 10 days. If you value your sanity, don't even think about buying a service from these shower of muppets. It makes me angry just to think that I was suckered into going for their clearly way too good to be true offer and even more angry to know that I'm going to have to put up with this wretched nonsense for the next 18 months, as I can't get out of the contract. Put it this way, if I got the same service on a Virgin train I doubt I would be more than 20 feet out of the station before dying an agonising death in a catastropic fireball. You have been warned.
