Great broadband. Good TV. No phone line.
I took a precious day off work for the Virgin installation. They have done a good job on the broadband and TV but couldn't complete setting up the phone. I was told that they would ring me and someone would be round later in the day. They rushed off without clearing up their mess properly and I heard nothing more. After several calls, much time in queues and on hold I was left yesterday with no phone line at all.
Today I have got through to the installation people and lodged a complaint via a spectacularly unfriendly call centre operator. There was no hint of an apology and only a statement that they can't promise anyone will come back today, yet alone resolve the problem.
Very disappointing and frustrating. The broadband is fast but the customer service appalling.
Branson should be made to experience this for himself to see how bad things have become.
