My broadband service was virtually unusable for over six months. Ended up having to go to a friend's house to work. It's a bit better now but still grinds to a halt just when I need it.
Customer service is dreadful, I usually end up waiting for 20 minutes or more when I call, then wish I hadn't bothered.
Email service is useless since they transferred to gmail, can't change settings and passwords online. They don't support imap (why not, gmail does?). Their outgoing servers don't work with Mac Mail and they won't offer support for it. How can they take a perfectly good service like gmail and screw it up completely.
Just spent another 30 minutes waiting to sort a problem out, got through to their overseas call centre, then the phone went dead.
I hate them!
