Being in a poor broadband area for the BT lines and it not yret being infinity enabled, I was left with no choice but to opt for Virgin's 30mb broadband. On the face of it it seemed a good deal, a decent intro offer and subject to a short survey I'd be on in a couple of weeks.
since then, no spotter has been out to inspect my property despite numerous follow up calls from me. None of their customer service agents seem to be able to see the whole trail so you end up being transferred mid call (not the agents fault) and because they're on different systems you're forever repeating your address details to them to find you in each system.
I'm still without broadband, they're still trying to arrange a visit to my property (allegedly) but as yet I'm still waiting.
I could have recabled the street myself by now. I only hope that if they do install it before I die of old age, it's at least a decent cable speed.
