I contacted them to try to get broadband installed in a flat in central london. I was told it would take a week to get a "spotter team" out to the flat to check if they could even install broadband, and then from that point it would take up to a month for the installation team to come by and put it in. They then told me that the spotter team would contact me by phone or text to arrange a time to come by the night before.
A week later I had heard nothing and so called back and they said someone would contact me within 48 hours. Still nothing. We went with BT. Thanks a lot Virgin for wasting my time and making me follow up with you.
