Extremely bad broadband services. Speed has not been updated for months, and every single time you call them regarding issues with the broadband, they are experiencing 'faults'. Never give you details and never solve the problem. No proper way to complain, takes too long for them to answer to the complain letter.
Customer services are also very bad. They keep you on the phone for 30 mins and then ask you thousands of irrelevant questions. Technical guys are also very poor in knowledge. I have had nothing but trouble when it has come to dealing with Virgin Media and would never recommend their services to anybody else.
