I joined Virgin Media in November 2012 60Mb broadband and telephone. A friend recommended me He got £50 off his bill and I got free installation and the two men who came to install it were brilliant and were very pleasant. when they showed me the speed i would get it was 66Mb more that the 60Mb I was promised.I got my first email to let me know my bill could be viewed on line.and the money would not be taken from my Direct Debit till December 17th I also got an extra £30 off my first bill.So far Had no Problem with VM I have not had to Phone them as yet.I have heard others say the customer service is terrible.I will wait and see.

Amongst the thousands who have problems, including my parents, how dd you manage to achieve this? What is your broadband doing right that everyone else's is doing wrong? Would love to hear about it so everything can be sorted out with other users.
