I have to work from home a few days a month. I connect to my office by VPN so got the 30mb package. Since day one it is rubbish. If the broadband is even on it's slow and unusable. On an evening it's hit and miss during the day it is almost non existent. I have just run a checker and my download is 183kb - on a 30mb package. I can't even retrieve my mail. I have just got off the phone to their helpline and was told the problem is due to over utilization in my area. He says the engineers have wired new users piggyback on existing users and that is why its the way it is.
As soon as I have written this review I will set about cancelling my account.It isn't a glitch or someone drilling through wires it's just a rubbish company. The support it must be said is pretty good. Helpful and efficient but unfortunately all they can do is send out an engineer to undo what an engineer has done.
