Prices went up and up and up, all I had was broadband and phone,no television. £35 a month.
I ask a question regarding a fault and I kept waiting for 30 minutes, then I was transferred to India. After twelve years I decided to change supplier. My e-mail was cut off within 24 hours giving me no time to extract my email contacts. Loyalty to their customers,forget it.
