So many additional charges which I was not initially aware of. I consider myself an educated person and, from the documentation provided, I was often unable to decipher exactly what I was being charged for and why. Aproximately £200 in additional charges over 12months is too much in my opinion, and please note that this figure does not include fees for phonecalls or data use. I have now left Virgin to join BT, and I am much happier although on the surface BT are more expensive. I felt like once Virigin had me under contract they were not concerned with my customer satisfaction.
