“Speed dropped from 10 to 2 megs”

I have just checked my broadband speed and it was dropped from 10 to 2 megs.
Ironically my area was supposed to get a free upgrade to 20 megs, some hope.
I should have known better than go with virgin as I have always found their staff both technically and administrative to be incompetent.

Ditto.

Even the VM advert on their supposed speed increase, doesn't play without severe interrupts! My upload speeds are immeasurable at times - simply unable to compute a result.
You would have thought 'fibre optic' to be the 'bees knees' - well, in my area, the 'workers' are being fleeced and the 'honey' extracted by sheer fraud.

By the way. Have you noticed the 'Package Prices?' They always exclude the cost of the telephone line rental! That clearly illustrates the VM ethic to conceal the true cost of anything they offer.
