The only way to solve problems is to keep doing their heads in and phone the 0800 sales number and demand to be put through to whatever dept you need.
Superhub is rubbish on wireless, end of story!/ they will keep you on the phone trying to fix it but your wasting your time. Get your own wireless router if you have the superhub and use both togther,,,trust me!
If you install it, deal with any issues is your first 30days, speeds should be what they advertise using an ethernet connection , if not, cancel it...simple. big companies always have too many cutomers so the workers on the phones are overstretched and fed up, if you dontt get anywhere insisit on speaking to a manager there and then. The only people that dont resolve the issues are the ones that dont demand an answer and know their rights.
As, i said, check it all at the early stages of net connection not months down the line.
My speeds are good wireless , but the superhub is a joke on its own.
