After having Virgin broadband I will never use any Virgin product again, its so bad its unreal. Easily the worst service I have had from any Company in any area.

I am a senior network engineer and I can say with certainty that they have over subscribI their links. They police and traffic shape and you get no where near the speeds you should.

To complain you have to write a letter, thats how bad they know it is, you can't even email them.

if you read this and still want virgin be prepared fou outages every day of a few minutes here and there (annoying if youre playing online chess)
extremely slow speeds, iplayer stalling or not playiny at all, 1 mb maximum download rate at any time (im on and pay for 10 meg) slow pings and massive lag on ps3, completely unplayable, staff that have no clue what theyre talking about, thats why they work in a call centre 'meeting their sla's'

utter rubbish, avoid like some new virulent super ebola, sars, black death plague
