Customer service when telephoning is a nightmare. After pressing so many buttons, you get an answer and go through all the security checks then hey ho, they pass you to another department, you go through all the same security checks and then they pass you on to another department who goes through all the security checks. By this time you have been on the 0845 number on another provider's phone and you give them the problem you are phoning about and ask if someone can contact you to sort it out. They never phone but just immediately before the installation date, they phoned when I was on an overseas call so guess what, I had to phone them back and go through all the security checks yet again. Am seriously thinking that it will be a big mistake to change to them. What is Richard Branson thinking of having his staff give nil customer service to promote his business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Simply Digital phoned to ask how I had got on with Virgin Media. I don't think the man knew what to say when he heard of all the problems I have had and I'm not yet connected with them.
