Oh, how I wish I had come to this site before choosing Virgin. Was on Sky for TV and Broadband and moved house. Thought I'd try Virgin. Everything you read is true. Internet connection is often dial-up speed, frequent outages for up to 4 hours, ethernet connection doesn't work, TV interface is clunky and slow compared to Sky, no decent mobile app - the list goes on.
As soon as humanly possible< i will be extricating myself from this terrible company.
