Online gaming? dont be silly you can barely stream youtube or access a webpage.

Streaming? Thats not gonna buffer for a week or 2 might aswell not bother.

Phone up to complain? Ha yea right you got more chance of getting sense out of a bananna then the over seas support team.

Virgin Media are full of liars,cheats and crooks all they are after is your money, the service is soo poor that Vigin Media should be the new word for terrible in the dictionary.

They promise you a 50meg connection and you will recieve less then a 19meg on a good day of course, thats if its not down. Which it regulary is by the way. Good luck trying to get them to send you an engineer! You are more likely to win the lottery and make your own ISP.

Avoid like the plague.
