My connection went down 3 days ago and they have been unable to fix it. I accept that faults happen, but the communication has been non-existent and customer service has been very poor. I've phoned each day and been put through to call centres overseas, after waiting for ages on the phone. When I speak to the operators I can barely hear or understand them and they have been unable to give me a time when the problem will be fixed. When I've spoken to customer services It's taken a lot of pushing to get any more compensation than the initial £5 offered. One guy said to me
