Utility Warehouse supplied gas and electricity to the previous owners of our house and after talking to them on the 'phone nine months ago, my wife and I decided to continue with them, adding landline telephone and broadband to the contract to qualify for a multibuy discount. Their rates for utilities appear to represent good value for money, and call handlers have been friendly and helpful on the few occasions on which I have telephoned. The automated service for customers to 'phone in meter readings is quick and easy to use and helps me to monitor consumption patterns. The printed monthly bills give more details for those who wish to look at them. I've been visited once by a meter reader, who was polite but did not volunteer any ID. It might also have been helpful to have advance notice of the day the reader would be visiting. Overall,however, I've been very happy with the service.
