I have used your broadband, in at least two different ways since I started with Utility Warehouse in about March or April 2005.
The only time I could suggest any improvement is when I changed addresses, which meant a 14 day, minimum delay before I could get onto your broadband again.
I have recommended several people, friends, or not friends, to your services. I have no idea as to whether or not they joined.
There is one tip I could perhaps suggest:- Leave your broadband on 24/7, if you in anyway can.
I would have liked to know much, much more about your services prior to joining. Partially about your policy in regards to electricity supplies.
