I've yet to find cheaper for my gas and electricity, broadband, landline and mobile. Not only that but it's so convenient having everything on one monthly bill, which you can view online and everything is itemised in a way which you can really understand. It really is excellent value for money and to be honest, I wouldn't even consider switching.

The customer and technical services staff are wonderful. So knowledgeable and so friendly and courteous. You think you're talking to an old friend!

There's not much not to like about this company. The only negative things are that it sometimes means a long wait on the phone before you get to speak to anyone but then again, if you have your landline with UW then the call is free. And I find my broadband is quite slow but then again, what's the big rush?

I would definitely recommend UW to anyone.
