I have been a customer of the Utility Warehouse for over 10 years, and, as with any company I have had some minor issues, however, the way that the company has dealt with such issues has always been amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they are always courteous, and have never failed to solve my issues.

Compare this situation to when I used to get 7 bills a month from 4 different providers! Everyone blames each other, nobody would take responsibility for the issues, and it would take forever to get a conclusion.

Now, with only one bill, one direct debit, and one customer service number, life is so much easier.

I would certainly recommend the Utility Warehouse!
