Ocasionaly when I call I find it hard to hear or understand the foreign voices I am a little deaf and I ask them to move their mike closer to their mouths and then it OK. As for the service itself I can tell they are all trying to be friendly and sort out my problems,and as I am not that good with computer tech: they work wonders sometimes. My problems are mainly trivial and its my own fault mostly that has caused it.
So I would say like some companies I contact, I do not dread contacting you. Thanks and Regards.
