Customer service non existent expensive and unreliable .
Broadband has been down last week tried ringing between the specified hours stated ( 9-5 mon friday) but know one is answering the phone even sent numerous emails to no avail no reply .
Titan need to get there act together if they want to be a serious competitor need to employ more staff.
Going to pay the remainder few months owed and switch provider to a more established reliable more competent company which titan certainly is not.
