You cannot get through to contact anyone if you have a problem like mine ( poor internet speed ) both email or by phone no one answers replies ever !. Just the same automated reply "all our advisors are busy try again later ", now the weekends here i have had it as they don't work weekends .
Will be changing to another ISP that have working helpful technical staff that can answer the phone 7 days a week .
Unfortunately i got suckered into the bogus sales reviews blowing Titans trumpet on here as it is not good but at least i can cancel my contract as it is only 3 months ,that's if i can get through and speak to someone, i'll give it another week than off to OFCOM to lodge my complaint
