Absolutely superb isp unlike my old isp Plusnet with whom I used to encounter constant long outages (which is a problem Idnet still have to this day) poor clueless customer service (which Plusnet still have to this day) and rather than take any responsibility used to place the blam of EVERY little problem firmly at the foot of Bt's door!!! No such problems with TitanADSL who are spot on month after month.
Fantastic 12Mbs Unlimited broadband.
