The sad truth is... they promise you fast HD TV and High speed broadband for half what you pay with sky

YOU GET ,,
REALLY slow internet
the CHEAPEST android box you have EVER seen..
cheapo flimsy remote controllers
NO recording ability
NO live pause
THEY WILL CHARGE YOU £250 CANCELLATION FEE !!!!
on the First day we got it, we seen how bad it was, so wee phoned up to cancel as we had ( we were told ) a 2 week grace opt out cancellation period ..
but then they said it was 2 WEEKS FROM WHEN WE PLACED THE ORDER !!
so NO cancellation period AT ALL !! ..
They KNOW people will cancel when they see what Rubbish the service !
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED PEOPLE !
AVOID AVOID AVOID TIMETALK
