The broadband speed on Timetalk is atrocious.As my son was finding it impossible to play his online games,I decided to leave them after eight months.Then the fun started! They demanded a cancellation fee of £135,which I have refused to pay ,as they broke their contract with me by charging me £14 for the delivery of my router,without informing me beforehand,and putting up their monthly charge by £6 without informing me.Timetalk blocked my move to Sky three times.I had to involve Ofcom to get this resolved.My Sky broadband was connected yesterday,after almost two months delay.Timetalk have still not released my phone service.They disconnected my broadband and outgoing calls on the 21st November,hoping to blackmail me into paying my last bill.This is not going to happen.I have opened a case with CISAS today,and will be calling Ofcom again on Monday.I have had enough stress from these appalling people.Please save yourself a lot of hassle-If a deal sounds too good to be true,that's because it is.Wish I hadn't had a lapse of my usual good judgement.

I too was mad enough to sign with this company, i was only with them for 3 weeks and i cancelled, they took money out of my account off my debit card without my permission ,they refused to refund, i sent the router back ,this was acknowledged but yet they say they haven't received and over a year later they have just taken out £99 without my permission, this company should be stopped.
