“bad information given”

when i joined time talk on th 11th june 2012 i was told my package was line broadband and anytime calls were 20pound and 29pence did not receive any written terms untill today 17th august now they are telling me on paperwork20 29 was initial payment for 1st month now my package will cost23pound and 08p wished id stayed with bt much better and up front company wont be staying with timetalk thinking of terminating my contract even if i have to pay to do it dont like companies that are not up front with there terms and move the goal post once you are there customer

I am in the same situation, as everyone who has written a review seems to be..
I havent paid anything out yet having cancelled after 20 days of the fiasco they call a service.
now waiting for the legal approach to start.
