Was a customer for 5 years with no problems. Received notification that the service would be upgraded in August and went on holiday. Returned one week later to find that my email was down. Hours of 'phoning required to contact "help". Various promises to wait a few days and it will be fixed or that they would ring me back (they never did). Eventually the email was restored but what an awful clunky arrangement. But wait, here is the billing information? Another two weeks to restore that. Finally two weeks ago all services stopped. No phone, no email, no broadband. Line dead. Phoned every day to track progress of repair. WHY? NO PROGRESS. I have now cancelled direct debit and left. They have little control and no ability to maintain or repair their system. The "upgrade" was a joke done to "migrate" onto a cheap (and rubbish) TalkTalk wholesale service. They took line rental in advance from me knowing full well that the new service was going to be no good. DO NOT TOUCH THIS PROVIDER.
