I've been a Phone Coop customer for many years and consistently given them the benefit of the doubt when they got things wrong - which they seem to do more often than not. It doesn't really help that a real person answers your call if they don't do what they say they will do, or disconnect the wrong phone line. And if your service goes down on Saturday afternoon there's no one to speak to anyway until Monday morning.
I'm now reluctantly closing my account. My business has suffered too many times from loss of service and I am paying through the nose for their mistakes.
