Decided to switch to TalkTalk, what a mistake that turned out to be! Left me without internet for 5 days after switching from Sky. Now switched back to Sky and was left with a bill for £212 after cancelling despite the fact that they could not connect me when they promised. Awful customer service based in India and have not contacted me about ongoing complaint even though they said they would. Hope these clowns go out of business, PLEASE AVOID!!!
