My TalkTalk broadband had crawled to a near halt (not uncommon)I asked for an engineer to visit. Two days later I got a text from Talk Talk saying the problem had been solved. A few days late an engineer still turns up to tell me there is nothing more he can do. TalkTalk charge me £65 for this visit and refuse to refund money.The process of asking for a refund was itself a nightmare as their customer service is appalling
