My Father who was with them for many years was transfered from Tiscali to talk talk. When he recently died both myself and my sister contacted their INDIAN call center. What a terrible time we had. They just had held us on endless phone calls for hours. Nothing was sorted out and they maintained that we had to pay right up to the end of the claimed yearly contract. Although they could not give us any details of their so called contract. My Father had been with them for many years. Their customer service was appalling and would not listen to anything that was said to them. They where very aggressive and really rude not only to me but also to my sister who phoned them a week later. Never ever use this company you have been warned.
