I've got contract with talk talk for more than two years and I'm so sorry to say that all that they care is money
They just wanna charge the customers as much as they can
I moved in to a new flat 4 months ago and I want to transfer my phone line to new address and I asked them to cancel my tv package as I haven't got aerial in my new place
However unfortunately they are charging me for TV and when I asked them why ,I've been told that they have added tv to new address and you should pay for it anyways and they don't mind if I use or if I couldn't use the tv which is Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
So I'm paying for nothing!
I won't recommended TALK TALK to anyone!
