After getting started with talk talk last year and experiencing every possible problem I looked with dread at the prospect of renewing my contract .How right I was ,the initial call at first to a uk call base was quick and easy .
My twelve month advance landline costs taken in advance pleasant service in deed now the nightmare begins.
The television box arrives promptly all good except it cannot connect with the WiFi,no problem talk talk will send an engineer providing this is in the first ten days of ordering,I was given a slot for Saturday between 12 and 3 pm.
nobody arrived no call no nothing.
At 5pm I spent two hours on the phone and emailing getting no where.
Sunday again nothing ,an hour on Monday calling talk talk and guess what nothing , Tuesday hours spent again nothing ,Wednesday after four people and another trip around the continent I am told I should not have had an appointment for an engineer because I had only just paid up front for the year and talk talk had cancelled my appointment but not informed us and left us waiting for a call that never came.
I would like to point out that my contract for this year does not run out until the 7th April 2014 so another home goal talk talk .
Several managers could of put this right but talk talk are just that all talk talk and no substance,I would like to nominate as the worst customer service of all time.
