internet had intermitant fault -it has taken 3 seperate engineer vists over a period of 2 months and many many many phone calls to resolve the issue.
Finally sorted out by BT engineer.
Very frustrating customer service to deal with, not just differant personell but differant countries (I never want to go thru a security question again)!!!
OK when there is no problems but if there is an issue prepare for the worst!!!.
