I have found the TalkTalk website incredibly easy to use and very informative. All the details were clear to see and easy to understand. The tariff is superb, the only downside is the time I need to wait to be able to book an engineer so I am hoping I might be able to use a cancellation. If the service continues to be as efficient, then I will be an extremely happy customer.
