Had a query about a charge on my phone bill. Sent an email, then telephoned. Quick and easy response on the phone in less than 2 mins.
Email response following day, both of which resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
Been with Supanet for years, on the rare occasions I have needed help it has been easy to get and solved my query in one go.
Have read many reviews that give Supanet a bad press but I have no complaints about lack of service or difficulty in contacting the right department.
