Without Question, the Worst customer service Ever, It fails everyday now for months and they have no idea how to fix it, is it not fraud to take ones money and not provide the goods you are charging for?.
Get your broadband from a dodgy man in a garden shed, at least you know he will be ripping you off.
Avoid Sky at all costs, the only thing they get right every time is collecting your direct debit!!!!!!
