Ever since I signed up to sky broadband (3 months ago) I have been given nothing but poor customer service and NO broadband and landline!!
I have been continuously mislead, lied and deceived by their customer service team and was refused to speak to the manager on several occasions, saying 'they were busy'!!!
I pay £20.40 per month for unlimited sky broadband and landline and for the period of time I haven't had the service, I was told I still have to pay the monthly rate!!
