I have had Sky Broadband for many years and I am now going to leave. The connection I get is unreliable and slow. It was better but every few months the speed mysteriously drops. I change nothing on my side but Sky always claim it is my equipment that is the issue. It takes ages to get through to anyone helpful at Sky.
Last time I had an issue, it took 20 phone calls and 2 different BT engineers to improve my connection. 3 months later I am getting speed and connectivity problems again. Sky is just totally unreliable and it is hard to get any issues resolved.
I give Sky the lowest rating in all categories because it is overpriced and unreliable. Sky Broadband is not good value for money.
