Not happy with Sky Broadband. We are moving home and I was told that as soon as the Sky broadband disconnects at our old house, I must call Sky again to reorder broadband for the new house. Sky broadband was cut off a week before our move. I arranged for the new phone line to be activated the next day at the new house which it did. So I contacted Sky to order the new broadband but then they advised me that I can only contact them again in a weeks time to order and it will take another 2 weeks to active our broadband at the new house.
So at the moment we are paying for a full months broadband and we only got to use 1 week of it. Not very impressed with them!!
