Just awful. My family were told that our Internet speed would be 10meg. So we got it and its been a month now and it's only 2.6. Its terribly slow and pretty much unusable. We phoned to ask why we were promised 10 but only recieving 2.6, the man who took our call said 'if you pay an extra £20 a month we will speed it up'. Of course we were livid because we were lied too and now being told that we can have faster Internet but only if we pay extra. Will be using BT as soon as this contract is up. I would warn people not to bother they are just rubbish.

this comment is completely false, it is not in any ISP's interest to slow speeds, it does not cost them anymore money.
call sky tech support and they will tell u what ur minimum and estimate speeds are from ur exchange, they MUST provide u with minimum otherwise it is a technical fault.
NO advisor would have told this customer what he just said, otherwise, this would be a mis-sell and would lead to disciplinary measures. he may have mis-understood the advisor who told them that fibre is available for £20 a month.

I have a feeling that a lot of these negative comments are just made up by some rival ISPs. the comment above is nonsense - 2.6 meg is neither slow or unusable.
