I dont know what all the negative reviews are about, I was connected on wednesday and first few days was slow was advertised between 7.5 and 15mb down my phone line.
First few days i was at 2.2 - 5mb and over the week end its gone to 10mb.
Its faster and better than the Virgin media connection i had which was 60mb.
In terms of faster i mean browsing, not downloading obviously but it works great and for £7.50 a month i won't complain about it, Customer service been alright up to now least there call centres are uk based.
Also TV is good better than virgin again more variety available
Downside is when recording two shows and something else is on tv you want to watch you either have to catch up on the demand or delete a recording to tune into the other channel
I was paying £66.99 with virgin now paying £48.90 with Sky so saying myself nearly £20 a month and i get roughly the same package
